Nick Eyhorn is a Principal – West Texas at Sago. Bringing more than a decade of commercial real estate experience to the firm’s investment activities. Since 2011, Nick has specialized in office, industrial, and investment properties throughout Lubbock and the surrounding West Texas markets, working with clients ranging from global companies and institutional investors to local property owners. His extensive brokerage background gives him a practical understanding of market fundamentals, property operations, and the needs of agents and sellers throughout the transaction process. Nick earned an accounting degree from Texas Tech University’s Rawls College of Business, where he competed in cross country and track. He earned his CCIM designation in 2013 and his SIOR designation in 2022.
